Campbell is acknowledged as an industry leader in Erosion and Sediment Control and Construction Environmental Management with over 20 years experience in environmental planning management, gained from both council and consultancy work. Campbell manages a variety of multi-disciplinary environmental projects on behalf of clients in both the private and public sectors. Campbell is also involved in environmental and relationship management for various environmental and planning related projects throughout New Zealand.  Campbell’s technical specialisation is erosion and sediment control and environmental management for infrastructure construction projects.  Having provided technical, consenting and compliance auditing services to the Auckland Council (previously Auckland Regional Council) since 1998, Campbell now also provides environmental leadership across a range of projects including roads, transmission lines and wind farms.  Campbell was the erosion and sediment control designer and technical advisor for the Te Uku Wind farm project, the Te Rapa Expressway, the Wairaki Transmission Upgrade which have all been awarded the Waikato Regional Council earthworks ‘site of the year’.  He is currently the erosion and sediment control lead for the Huntly Bypass – Waikato Expressway project, which won the award in 2016.  Campbell is a CPESC certified practitioner and provides erosion and sediment control training.

Gregor McLean is currently focusing on developing and delivering environmental training programmes and guidelines in both New Zealand and Australia.  Gregor brings over 21 years experience in environmental management to our team.  He has broad experience in resource management and planning at District, Regional and Environment Court levels and is able to provide pragmatic and experience based solutions for erosion and sediment control, stormwater, site auditing, environmental managment and statutory planning. Gregor is a certified CPESC practitioner. Gregor provides expert peer review and witness services to various councils.

Michael has over 20 years environmental management experience, gained from geotechnical consultancy; consents and compliance, project management and team management roles at the Auckland Regional Council, and as a director of SouthernSkies Environmental Limited for the past 10 years.  Michael’s experience covers the assessment and preparation of resource consent applications, Notices of Requirement and Outline Plans of Work for various activities under regional and district plans, policy and plan development, expert witness, site auditing, development of best practice guidelines for RMA practitioners, peer reviewing, and erosion and sediment control training.  This breadth of experience in regulatory, technical, planning, political interface, team management and programme management roles assists in the delivery of all his projects.  Michael is a certified independent hearings commissioner with specific experience in district and regional planning, infrastructure and construction, discharges, and policy development.

Larrissa Wilkinson is a consultant specialising in environmental construction and compliance, having joined SouthernSkies in 2014. Larrissa work streams include construction environmental management, erosion and sediment control assessment and auditing, and resource consent compliance monitoring. Larrissa is well respected by industry and local government. She seeks practical and efficient approaches to environmental and compliance outcomes.

Zac Woods is an environmental and planning consultant, having joined SouthernSkies in 2015. Zac provides consent compliance monitoring for Auckland Council, specialising in erosion and sediment control, and prepares erosion and sediment control plans, environmental management plans and AEEs for various projects and clients. Zac strives to achieve best-practice environmental outcomes for all clients.
