Central Plains Water
On behalf of Fulton Hogan, SouthernSkies has prepared the erosion and sediment control plans for the construction of Stage 1 of the Central Plains Water project in Canterbury. SouthernSkies assisted Fulton Hogan in tendering, design and now implementation, to achieve industry best practice and full compliance with resource consents. SouthernSkies is familiar with the requirements of regional plans and guidelines throughout New Zealand and can always service projects at competitive rates, including time on site with project teams, training and site auditing.

Lincoln Road / Te Atatu / Causeway SH16 Projects
The Lincoln Road, Te Atatu and Causeway NZTA projects comprised adding additional lanes, coastal reclamation, bridge replacements and widening and interchange upgrades from north of Lincoln Road Eastwood to tie in with the new Waterview connection with SH20. The projects extended over a period of 6 years. SouthernSkies provided environmental and erosion and sediment control lead through tender, design and implementation. The projects achieved outstanding track record of compliance scores from the Auckland Council.

Te Uku Wind Farm
The Te Uku Wind Farm project saw 28 wind turbines constructed inland from Raglan. The project was constructed by Spartan Hicks Joint Venture. SouthernSkies undertook the environmental lead for Hicks, developing and obtaining sign off for all erosion and sediment control plans, and provide ongoing site auditing and liaison with Environment Waikato compliance staff.
